In engaging any trades person or contractor introduced through the Trade-Safe service it must be clearly understood by the user that Tradesmen Full Stop is not acting as the users agent and accepts no responsibility for any matters arising from or appertaining to any engagement, price negotiated by the user with the contractor or the works to be carried out or the goods, services or materials supplied by the Trades Person or Contractor.
6.1 The Tradesmen Full Stop service is offered in good faith, all details and or support provided or contained within this site have been compiled from information provided by third party sources and the Trades People and Contractors themselves. Tradesmen Full Stop can accept no liability for the inaccuracy of any such data nor for any data which, although accurate at the time of entry on to the site or passed to any user, may subsequently have become inaccurate due to supervening events or occurrences.
6.2 We strongly recommend that before the actual engagement of any Trades person or Contractor, that a user obtains confirmation of their details from them, including qualifications, trade association affiliations, insurance cover details and details of any guarantees offered.
6.3 Requests for assistance in locating trades people, quotations, suitability checks, references, and progress monitoring are controlled by Tradesmen Full Stop as part of the service provided. Tradesmen Full Stop reserve the right to withdraw the facility from any individual at any time and without prior notice or explanation.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
7.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions without prior notice to you. If we change the Terms and Conditions, it will be posted to the web site and become effective at the time of posting.
